The Oregon Gator Blades are mower blades designed specifically to Mulch Grass. Mulching grass is significantly better for your lawn's health but often leaves piles of grass clippings. Using mulching blades like these will substantially reduce the grass clippings left behind. The mulching blades have numerous teeth across the top side of the blade so as the grass is cut, the top of the mower blade then shreds the clippings vs standard mower blades which are designed to push the clippings outward into a collection bag. by shredding the grass clippings into smaller pieces it helps the clippings fall below the surface of the grass and decompose faster. The result is you will have a finer grass mulch which helps the roots of the grass and less clumping which can cause blotches in you lawn.
