Healthy Desserts for this Weekend? Snickers with No added refined Sugar and more

Here you have 3 healthy Snacks that taste so good you will not believe that they are healthy.

Recipe:

Healthy Snickers:

First layer:
1dl (100g) nut butter
1/2 tbs (10g) Maple syrup (optional, you can also skip the syrup)
1 tbs (10g) coconut flour

Caramel layer:
12 dates (100g)
25ml water
1tbs (20g) coconut oil
salt & vanilla extract

Topping:
40 g of peanuts
40g dark 85% sugar free chocolate (might need more)

Chocolate muffin with berry topping (6 muffin):
9 dates (70g)
1/2 banana (40g)
3 eggs
1 dl (40g) almond flour
1 dl (40g) caco powder
3 tbs (60g) coconut oil
a pinch of: salt, vanilla extract & baking soda

200°C - 10 Min

Berry toping:
1dl soakt nuts
1,5dl berries
vanilla extract

Hot Chocolate banana:
1 hole banana
20g dark 85% sugar free chocolate

In oven on 200°C for 20 min
