Guys can't tell you what they want in a person because they haven't done any self-inquiry. I'm going to reveal those things to you so that you could work on them.

1. Masculinity

When I talk masculine, It's more about the aggressive nature of men. Being overly feminine will make guys lose interest over time. A guy wants a woman who's relaxed, supportive, but at the same time has masculine traits in her. Why? Because it makes you more relatable to a guy.

2.A bit of uncertainty

Guys want to know that their girl loves and cares about them. But whenever he knows that you love and care about them without any fear of losing you, they'll get too comfortable and begin losing interest. Whenever there's no competition, or at least the threat of it, a man won't be sexually ready to fight for his woman.

3. High levels of self-awareness

Low levels of self-awareness always yield low levels of self-esteem. The low levels of self-awareness come about because you are attempting to run away or blind yourself from parts about yourself that you dislike. The distraction strengthens the false self you're trying to project and proliferates the shame and guilt you feel from your "bad parts." This is projected onto the world as defensiveness and constant conflict, within and without.

To overcome this, you have to learn to go within yourself and become more present in your experience. See the parts you are ashamed of and observe the physical sensations associated with them.

Notice how your mind reacts to your body and stay present. See it. Don't do anything about it.

4. A life

A woman without a life is a woman who's not living with purpose. You have to have things you do outside of your man. It's crucial for a woman to have a social circle, or activities that she does on a weekly basis that's away from her man. Why? Because a man wants a woman who can do fine without him. He might want her to be all his, but he'll soon realize how it feels to have a woman who doesn't have any sources of self-esteem outside of him. Don't make the mistake that all needy women make.

5. Valuing your health

It's simple. IF you're dead, then there's nothing I can do. You have to take care of your body. Make that your main priority in life.

You must learn to take care of your mind and body. It's not just about being in shape. It's also about giving your body what it needs - the proper nutrients that's balanced and promotes health and vitality.
