Petrol and diesel prices have gone up again, adding fresh pressure on common consumers. Petrol has become costlier by 87 paise per litre, while diesel has increased by 91 paise per litre. This is the third fuel price hike in just 10 days, triggering concern among commuters, transporters and daily wage earners. In Bhubaneswar, petrol has reached ₹106.32 per litre, while diesel now stands at ₹97.87 per litre. The repeated rise in fuel prices may also impact transport costs and daily essential items, as people are already struggling with rising household expenses.
