STIHL MSA 200C-BQ Speedline Rigging!

We were working with Jefferson Forest Tree Services in the Kawartha Lakes area to remove an 85-95 foot dead pine tree. The tree likely died quickly due to the recent construction of a septic bed and outhouse in the root area of the tree. We used the speed line technique to protect the structure below and to have our branches land close to our burn area. After removing the canopy and chunking down most of the stem we felled the peg using a 3 to 1 pull line to guarantee accurate felling. The Saws pictured here in order of appearance are the Stihl MSA 200C, Stihl MS 261, and the Stihl MS 441. Enjoy and comment!
