Faux rainbow moonstone - polymer clay tutorial 338

This gemstone imitation technique polymer clay tutorial will show you how to imitate the labradorite rainbow moonstone, the one that has labradorescence, not the "true" moonstone with adularescence.
All you need is translucent clay and platinum or mother of pearl - for Pardo or white pearl - for Premo, Fimo and Cernit, and the ArtAlchemy Opal Magic line of acrylic paints in the Yellow-Blue colors, and for Premo, also the ArtAlchemy Opal Magic mica powder in Blue Opal - if you can still find it, it seems it's out of production. If you can't, just add a couple more thin layers of the acrylic paint..
