Getting into some real weight now. W3D1 Texas Method Volume Day. #powerlifting 5-16-24

starting to move respectable weight now. Bench still mad low but slowly coming up.
Thought I blew my knee out second set. Of course the one set I dont film. Fact I was able to finish and not much pain at all day after tells me connective tissue is strong. I was below parallel and twisted on the 2nd rep and got almost stuck in a deep squat but instead of bailing finished the set. Just had to make sure I braced knees tracked over feet and I locked in.

Pleased with deadlift. Chalked up this time for double overhand. Grip faded on last rep and feared that I was scared cat like on final rep too but looks okay on video.
