I built an AI-powered invoice approval workflow using a multi-agent architecture.

The system processes invoice PDFs through 3 intelligent agents:

• Agent A → Extracts invoice data
• Agent B → Independently validates and verifies the data
• Agent C → Makes the final approval decision

The key idea is simple but powerful:

Downstream agents never trust upstream output blindly.
Every step treats previous output as a hypothesis, not a fact.
