A few days ago I released a video setting up an experiment to test the effects of woods (other than US white oak) on aging spirits.

This video is all about assessing and testing the results of that test. Basicly I am taste testing a gumball head whisky aged on Cherrywood, pear wood, maple wood, Manuku, NZ oak and US white oak.
