Army Chief MM Naravane meets the injured Galwan soldiers in Leh Hospital

Chief of the Army Staff General Manoj Mukund Naravane on Tuesday visited the Indian army soldiers who were injured in the Galwan Valley clash with China. The Chief is on a two-day review visit to Ladakh as India stands at a crucial juncture with their talks with China. The visit of the Army Chief will also include a review of the progress talks with the Chinese military. India and China are currently in the middle of holding military-level talks to diffuse the border tension. Last week, 20 soldiers of the Indian armed forces were martyred in a violent clash in the Galwan Valley region with China.
