A Midsummer Night's Lewd Dream, officially titled "Babylon 34: A Midsummer Night's Dirty Dream - the IMP" is a gay male pornographic movie released by Japanese adult video production company Coat Corporation during July 2001. This 90-minute pornographic movie, comprised of four separate stories, would later receive infamy amongst Japanese internet circles around 2002 when professional baseball player Kazuhito Tadano was found to be in the cast (causing a bit of a scandal).

Since then, A Midsummer Night's Lewd Dream would be subject to several inside jokes, as most internet users treat the story as a bit of a laughing stock. A Midsummer Night's Lewd Dream would later be picked up by doujin eroge developers StudioS (known for the Strip Fighter series) to become what is essentially a fan-made fighting game. Originally released around August 2012, The Inm of Fighters 810114514 would later receive several updates adding new characters, as well as an "All Ages Edition" around November 2017, which removes the game's sex scenes and partly censors some of the raunchier attacks from several characters.

Mechanically, this game is a traditional fighting game - like the Street Fighter series of games, neutral is mostly based on footsies, with basic movement being slower but methodical, and both good poking and spacing being more important here. You have four attack buttons - light and heavy variants of punches and kicks. You can link certain attacks to each other (such as light punch (LP) to light kick (LK)) and even cancel normal attacks to command moves and/or special attacks. They are juggle-based - the only way for the opponent to escape a combo if they're launched is to tech roll once they hit the ground.

In terms of game mechanics, you have the ability to roll (LP + LK) - these can not only be used in neutral, but also to tech roll (exactly when you hit the ground, LP + LK) or to guard cancel (during blockstun, LP + LK). You also have the "Blow Away" attack (HP + HK, AIR OK), which knocks down the opponent on hit and could also be used for both guard cancels (during blockstun, HP + HK) and even for move cancelling for combo extensions.

Realistic Cancel (after a special move, HP + HK) allows you to follow up a special move with a Blow Away attack, which opens up more combos provided that you spend one bar of meter (which is called the "Veracity Gauge" here). Besides that, you can also spend a bar of meter for super attacks, and all three bars for a more powerful super attack ("Offensive Techniques"), although you could only do the latter if you're low on health.

The game's Story Mode revolves around this indecent fighting tournament (the name of which does not translate well via machine translation, although it has to do with a "lewd island"). KBTIT and Abusive Uncle decides to join in to beat the shit out of children, with KBTIT's ending in particular having him capture Mahiru, training her to work on this sadomasochistic bar he operates.
