Irina Vasconcelos is also the designer of cultural projects. Etimba Festival Benguela is an urban art festival of which she is the designer and executive producer. It encompasses a range of multidisciplinary events that take place over two days in Benguela more properly on Praia Morena. Within the pedagogical scope and being the first Music Festival of WorldMusic in the region, it aims to celebrate the 400 years of the province. The festival is already in its second edition and is free for everyone.
Irina is also artistic director of the * Rock Festival on the Catumbela River *. A Festival created in 2012 by * Cube Records * in the Municipality of Catumbela that brings together rock bands and music from Angola, South Africa, Namibia, Cape Verde, Cuba with an influx of 30,000 people a year.
