Pioneer Woman Placemats Transformed: Placemat Art Caddy

Hello Shiny Crafty People and welcome back to the channel! I'm Tim Totten and today we're transforming a single Pioneer Woman placemat into a super easy and fun art supply carrier!

This project requires almost no cutting (just for the ties, which you can use ribbon for if you want) and comes together in less than 30 minutes! It's the perfect gift for the artist, card writer, writer, or other adventurous artsy person in your life!

Here's a breakdown of what I used to make this project:

1 Placemats (Pioneer Woman Patchwork from Walmart): $3.97
1 Small notebook: $5.00
1 Strip of fabric: Less than $1.00
Matching thread
Sewing Machine
Scissors

I've made another one of these since recording this video and I was able to complete it in less than 15 minutes! Of course, you'll want to take time to sip a nice beverage as you work, so give yourself 30 minutes and you'll finish with time to spare!
