Taptempo different approach Arduino style

This TapTempo module under construction first makes a pulse from each leading edge on INT0, pulse width 20mSec.
Then calculates the time between two consecutive leading edges on INT0 and devides that into 2, 3 and 4.
On the outputs of the Arduino there are the following tempi:
PD4 20mS pulse on every leading edge of INT0 (the Beat)
PD5 20mSec pulses tempo 2/4
PD6 20mSec pulses tempo 3/4
PD7 20mSec pulses tempo 4/4
This is a first try out (proof of concept,and I will add a button to manually set the tempo, and also now when there is no more edge on INT0 the output halts, that has to be improved.
