Accept a Wastelander Challenge in Fortnite - all locations and how to complete the quest

A new season of Fortnite always brings new quests, but this one might be stumping you — "Accept a Wastelander Challenge" is all it says on the penultimate line of the Jumpstart Quests list, with 15,000 XP up for grabs if you can work out how to do it.
