In the Philippines, winter time still feels like summer, and we usually like our cocktails COLD or on ice! But have you ever tried a HOT cocktail, especially over the holidays? If not, then you’re in for a Christmas treat! 🥃

Hot Toddy is like a hot tea, but spiked with whiskey (or scotch, or bourbon) mixed with fresh lemon juice (you can also try calamansi juice!), hot water, honey, and as options... angostura bitters plus a pinch of cinnamon powder for that extra Christmassy scent and flavor!

Did you know that some people believe this helps relieve cold symptoms? It’s a warm, comforting drink, perfect for winding down after our Philippine Christmas eve dinner tradition, ‘Noche Buena’!

- Scotch / Whiskey / Bourbon 🥃
- Hot water
- Honey 🍯
- Lemon (or Calamansi) juice 🍋

Optional:
- Cinnamon powder
- Angostura bitters
