U2 - Take you down, taken from "the new U2 Full versions & Rehearsels" issued in 1991. This is the right channel of the song.

this is not from Hansa studio sessions but was reecorded in 1990 at STS studios, Dublin.

An interesting analysis because, out of this demo, you can get two songs. This channel is more concentrated on The Edge's guitar. The intro sounds pretty similar to the extended mix of lady with the spinning head.
It's not 100% stereo so a part of the vocals of the left channel can still be heard.
