In this conference we introduce:
Captain Glen McDonnell is from Brisbane, Australia and came to Europe in 1994 in search of European cultural experience and adventure. Glen came first to Mallorca in 1995 but then left to join a yacht in Barcelona after just 3 days in Palma. After a period of some 9 years away he then returned to Mallorca delivering a yacht from New Zealand after having worked his way up to a command role. Glen has a young daughter, Jasmine who was born and lives in Mallorca which resulted in Glen choosing to become a Mallorcan resident. Glen continues to work as captain of a private yacht which travels globally but often makes Mallorca a port of call for maintenance and yard stops.

Rocío Recio is graduated in T.E.A.T "Technik in Busisness and Touristic Activities" from Madrid. She started working as Courier Guide travelling with groups from different nationalities in several european countries. She settled in Mallorca in 1994 and started to work as Local Guide, registered member at the C.O.G.T.I.B "Colegio Oficial de Guias Turísticos de las Islas Baleares" since its very beginning. After taking several courses in local history, art and culture she specialiced in Palma Cultural Tours, working in several languages ( english, german, italian, spanish ) for travel agencies and private tours.
