Your nose isn’t “choosing violence” at night!

Does your nose magically block up at night when you lie down?

There's a reason 👃

So what happens when you lie down:

Increased blood flow to your head and neck → the lining of your nose naturally swells.

If you already have:

- Allergies
- A deviated septum (bend in the middle part of your nose)
- Enlarged inferior turbinates (the cushions that warm the air you breathe)

That swelling becomes really noticeable.

Plus, there's the normal nasal cycle:

One side of your nose opens while the other closes. Totally normal. But much more obvious when you're trying to sleep.

If you're mouth breathing every night or waking up blocked, it's worth investigating.

Night time symptoms are often the biggest clue to what's actually going on.

Your nose isn't choosing violence at night. There's a real physiological reason behind it.

👃 The nose knows, that when something's blocking the airflow - you should get it checked out.
