The United Center Ice Cream Man

I couldn't get a good video of him because all three times he came by, he noticed I started to record him and looked kinda pissed. I'm not surprised because I'm sure he sees many people doing it.

Basically this guy sells ice cream at the UC but his voice could be heard throughout the entire arena. You could usually hear him once or twice during a televised broadcast and he has been doing this for probably a decade now, if not longer. Also, it is in the 300s level.
