This is causing tight low back pain and tight hips!
Here is what you can do at home...
1. MOVE IT! - some simple cat / cow to free up the tension in your spine...
2. EXTEND IT! - sink back into child's post to create length in your spine...
3. OPEN IT! - open up your hip flexors with a lunge to decrease that tension...
Well what about all of the ANXIETY... FEAR... WORRY... that i'm experiencing?

After you have moved...
Do something BREATHWORK!
Big "Box Breathing" is a great start!
How?
4 second breath in, hold for 4 sec, 4 sec exhale, hold for 4 seconds... REPEAT (for as long as necessary... I do about 10 - 20 sets)
Finish this up with some MEDITATION...
you can put on some music, sit there in silence or even say some + Postive Affirmations...
"I am clear, I am calm, I am in control, I feel empowered, I feel healthy, I know I will be ok, I am strong and I am grateful to be alive"
Move. Breathe. Meditate...
