BPA Media Futures Apprenticeships (2022)

Big Picture Alliance's Media Futures program trains BIPOC Philly youth for careers in the film & media industry and places them in paid apprenticeships with local production companies. These paid apprenticeships provide them an opportunity to gain hands-on work experience, develop portfolios, and build their networks under the mentorship of professionals - while providing a pipeline of diverse talent to Philadelphia's creative economy. In 2022, we placed 100% of Media Futures alumni in paid apprenticeships with some of the top film & media companies in the region including Loaded Pixel, All Ages Productions, ChatterBlast and Maestro Filmworks!
