Another magickal day in the life of a witch: Today I am taking you along through my day celebrating Samhain. Samhain is also sometimes referred to as the witches' new year and is the third harvest festival on the Wiccan Wheel of the year. With Samhain, the veil is thinning and therefore a perfect time to honor and remember our ancestors. In this witch vlog, I will share some ideas and inspirations for Samhain rituals with you, make a traditional Samhain treat and share some bits and pieces about Celtic and Germanic paganism and traditions around this time of the year. My day, celebrating this Sabbat was filled with folk witchcraft and cozy fall vibes, and I am so excited to be able to share this with you. How are you celebrating Samhain? Recipe Traditional Bavarian All-Souls Braid

2 eggs
600 g flour
100 g sugar
170 g butter
7g active dry yeast
200 ml warm milk
100 g ground hazelnuts
pinch of salt
some vanilla sugar
some raisins
swig of rum
