Webinar: Introduction to the Competition
The Nurture Nature Campaign presents a webinar with Faraaz Abdool and Eladio Fernandez on the “Nurturing The Wild” Photography Competition.
This webinar introduces intrepid photographers to the concept of ‘Conservation Photography,’ with emphasis on storytelling and how to “shift our focus” towards the issues impacting some of our favourite wildlife subjects. Along with an overview of the competition and a Q&A session this webinar is recommending viewing for persons interested in entering the photo competition.
Eladio is a renowned conservation photographer, avid naturalist, researcher, and author from the Dominican Republic. He is an Associate Fellow of the International League of Conservation Photographers (iLCP).
Faraaz is a member of the Trinidad and Tobago Bird Status and Distribution Committee (TTBSDC), an acclaimed wildlife photographer, birding guide, safari agent, author of the book ‘Casual Birding in Trinidad and Tobago,’ and the manager of the “Nurturing the Wild” Photo Competition
The webinar was originally broadcast on Dec. 6th, 6:00pm T&T time on Zoom and FB Live.
