Sembrando Horizontes: Wilder Muñoz

PADF in Costa Rica organized the second edition of its seed capital contest, Sembrando Horizontes. The objective of the contest was to reward 10 entrepreneurs who had participated in livelihoods trainings with seed capital to start or consolidate their business ventures. After evaluating more than 20 business proposals, the expert panel selected Mr. Wilder Muñoz as the winner of the contest, awarding him with $2,000 to continue his shoe-making business, CalzaNice. PADF’s livelihoods trainings and seed capital contest were possible thanks to funding from the U.S. Government.
