Modern Love - Fashion visionaries from the FIDM Museum LA

Showcasing the work of the most innovative and influential avant-garde fashion designers from the 1980s to today from the collection of the FIDM Musuem, the exhibition will feature more than 60 couture, ready-to-wear and street wear garments from the following designers: Vivienne Westwood, Malcolm McLaren, Issey Miyake, Carolina Herrera, Marc Bohan for Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel, Gianni Versace, Alexander McQueen, Thierry Mugler, John Galliano for Christian Dior, Miuccia Prada, Christian Louboutin, Valentino Garavani, and more..... Visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the 'runway' experience by viewing large scale projections within the exhibition space and listen to interviews with selected designers via QR codes.

Bendigo Art Gallery will be the exclusive venue for this exhibition in Australia, the first travelling exhibition of its kind from the FIDM Musueum in Los Angeles.
