Spiraling in NYC

I'm back in NYC for the month, and the first week I got here, I got into a bit of a downward spiral, black vortex, karmic cycle, etc. Granted, I'm staying in a new place, had a lot of new energies around, and was on my period (during a full moon lol). So maybe it was partially outside factors. But also... maybe sometimes you need to go through these vortex spirals in order to learn a lesson to get to the next level in life. I feel like I've gotten myself out of it with the help of friends and doing new things. I went through it and then keep hearing or seeing my friends reach out to me being in the very same recurring cycle just with different problems. My next video(s) will be on this topic, so I want to know ya'lls thoughts on this!
