Heading for Carbon Neutrality

In the past two years, China’s offshore wind power has increased more than any other nation. China now has 23% of the world’s offshore wind capacity. The Covid-19 pandemic is not stopping the rush to build new turbines. To achieve the goal of carbon neutrality in 2060, China will add a further 52 GW of offshore wind capacity by 2030, for a total of 58.7 GW.
