You can expect us to be authentic, vulnerable, and transparent ALL THE TIME, as we want you to see both the beautiful and the ugly that we’ve experienced in life as well as how we got through these things with the strength, guidance, and direction of our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. As I mentioned in the opening paragraph, we also want to help people to thrive in their physical fitness, relationships, and in their life in general. It is so important to be Spiritually, Mentally, Relationally, and Physically Fit, and we believe that you are only as strong as your weakest link in these areas. You never want to put all of your focus into just one or two of these areas and completely neglect the others as the "others" would then become your weakest links. So, as you will see on our website, the main advice we give is in three of the four different tabs of videos: Spiritual Videos, Physically Fit Videos, and Relationship Videos... the Life Updates tab is just a tab for Jasmine and I to keep you up to date with what is going on in our lives.
