here is the workout routine:
1. cable rows 4×10 + supinated grip lat pull down 4×12
2.low rows 3×10 ( each side )
3.nuetral grip bentover rows 4×10 + supinated grip bentover rows 4×10
4.wide grip lat pull down machine 2×10
5.nuetral grip lat pull down machine 2×10
6.close grip lat pull down machine 2×10
7.DB rows 3×10 ( each side )
