Gladiator Garage/Storage Room Project

I ordered the cabinets from Amazon and Sam's Club, whoever had the best out the door price at the time. The damaged Gearbox/locker came from Sam's. The box was more like a bag by the time it got to me! I only needed three parts that were damaged. I contacted Sam's and they said all I could do is send it All back and they will replace it. For one, the box was toast, two, I could never get it all boxed up again like Gladiator does, and three, the next shipment might end up even worse! UPS and Fed Ex hates the heavy stuff! I contacted Gladiator/Whirlpool and told them my story. With no questions asked, they shipped me out the three parts I needed, OVERNIGHT!!! I have never seen customer service like that, especially in this day and age!! When I did the storage room, they gave me a great deal so I ordered everything directly from them. And, they shipped it all by truck, and guess what, it was all hand delivered in perfect shape!! Can't say enough about Gladiator's customer service, or their products!! The damaged toolbox came from an Amazon seller. The shipping box was in perfect shape, so I was really surprised to see the toolbox being mangled! I sent them pics, and they refunded my $, and said it was not necessary to return it! I am guessing they knew, and were hoping to unload it on someone. It was a dented up parallelogram! I put so many hours into trying to salvage it that it wasn't really worth it. It still aint perfect, but at least it was free!
