Turmeric
Commonly used in Asian foods such as curry and vegetable dishes, turmeric is a spice that comes from the turmeric plant. Turmeric is also widely used widely to make medicine. Turmeric has many health benefits. It helps purify the blood, body, and energy system. It is used also used to promote healthy joints, improve respiratory function, and reduce inertia. Consuming turmeric on an empty stomach is a very effective cleanser.
Neem
Neem is a tree in the mahogany family and is native to the Indian subcontinent. Neem trees are typically grown in tropical and semi-tropical regions and, with increased popularity, can now be found throughout the globe. Neem leaves can be consumed fresh, as a paste, or in it's powder form. Consuming neem supports the natural cleansing of the body and it's tissues. It is beneficial for the digestive, respiratory, and circulatory systems, the reproductive system and urinary tract. Medical studies have shown that neem has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties and helps maintain a healthy digestive system.
Neem and Turmeric
Consuming neem and turmeric with room temperature water, or water with a small addition of honey is a simple way of cleansing the stomach and controlling excess bacterial activity that can deplete energy levels.

1 1/2ts turmeric
1ts water
1ts neem
3/4ts water
*Water consistencies will differ depending on the brand. Be sure to create a smooth paste with dough-like qualities, smooth and without cracks. If preparing for the next day then it's good for the paste to be slightly more moist.
*As water is the base for both of these they'll naturally become dry over time. It's ideal to prepare with the intention of being consumed in the first 12-24 hours. Until then, they can be covered and stored on the counter or in the fridge.
