This is the ZOOM f1 receiver with lavalier mic. I have been wanting a good wireless external audio recorder for a long time now. Recently I visited Sweetwater Sound in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and I saw this mic setup there.

At the price point I knew it was a good deal especially considering how good Zoom audio is known to be.

The F1 is a modular capsule run and gun mic setup. This configuration came the the lav, but you can also get other capsules for it like a shotgun mic, XY shock mounted mics, etc.
