Crispy Toasted Chickpeas! 👉recipe in comments #healthy #snacks #chickpeas

SAVE THIS! Craving some healthy crunch?!

Try roasting chickpeas in the oven for the perfect high protein, oil-free, low fat, salty snack!

Crispy Toasted Chickpeas:
✨ 1 can drained and rinse chickpeas
✨ 2.5 tbsp nutritional yeast
✨ 1/4 tsp garlic powder
✨ 1/2 tsp onion powder
✨ 1/2 tsp salt

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400F. Dry chickpeas and place in mixing bowl.

2️⃣ Add suggested seasonings (or get creative with your own), mix well and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

3️⃣ Bake for 25min, tossing halfway through. Keep a close eye for the last 5min or so to avoid burning.
