Pennsylvania Federal Judge declares Governor Wolf's Coronavirus restrictions unconstitutional

When Coronavirus was an unknown virus, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf issued a number of restrictions, which limited gatherings and declared some work to be "non life sustaining". This left many people unable to assemble as they wished. It also left many out of work due to the labeling of their work as "non life sustaining". United State District Judge William Stickman IV recently issued an order declaring these restrictions unconstitutional. Here, we discuss this decision and what we can expect in the future.
