TIPS FOR LEAVING EMOTIONS AT THE DOOR VLOGMAS DAY 21! Its Thursday, so of course things went wrong! Which was unfortunate for a few minutes, but then became a great learning opportunity to show you how I turn my bad days around in 5 minutes so I can leave my emotions at the door and go serve my patients in the ways they deserve! As a nurse, and NP it is essential that emotions from home don’t come with you whenever possible so you can be focused, and provide safe and competent care! Over the years I have honed in on a method that works pretty flawlessly for me, and I thought I’d share!
