Quick And Easy Gluten-free Vegan Cauliflower Pizza Crust | Keto Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

For crust:
6 cups of cauliflower florets (1 1/2 pound)
3/4 cup Almond flour
3 tbs ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 -3 cups of water to boil the florets
Oven temperature 400F/ 200C

For toppings:
1/2 cup red pizza sauce or pesto sauce or brush some infused olive oil.
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese or vegan cheese
1/4 cup sliced onion
5-6 cherry tomatoes
( substitute with your choice of veggies)
Some basil leaves

Tips:
1:Try not to use cooked veggies as toppings because they will release extra moisture into the crust.
2: Don’t put too much sauce or toppings on the pizza because the pizza will not carry the weight.
3: After taking the pizza out of the oven transfer it to a cooling rack for two minutes from the baking tray so the extra moisture will evaporate. Then slide it back onto the tray and cut into slices.
4: If you have frozen cauliflower rice, thaw it overnight in the Fridge and transfer it to the food processor.
4: You can freeze the crust.
