De Rosa SK Pinifarina: Fame Swap/Bike build. No time for old 'dales

This customer recently bought a full Ultegra R8000 groupset for his old Cannondale, featured a couple of videos ago, but the De Rosa frame caught his eye and he fell in love right away. Who can blame him!?
So after much deliberation and discussion he pulled the trigger and bought the new frame. In this video we show the strip down and rebuild of his new steed. Almost all the old components were a straight swap form old to new frame with the exception of the brakes, which were now requiring direct mount, and the bottom bracket. New Dura-Ace direct mount rim calipers were sourced and the frame came with a new BB. As we didn't need to go through a full setup and installation of all the components needed, it turned into quite a quick build all considered.
By all counts the new build has given this customer a huge help in reducing times and gaining in average speed without totally compromising on comfort.
