The PINK FLOYD Project | euroclassic Zweibrücken | in the flesh

On 29 September 2023, we took part in the EUROCLASSIC FESTIVAL in Zweibrücken/Germany (https://www.festival-euroclassic.eu/)
With this festival, the five organising municipalities of Bitche, Bitscherland, Pirmasens, Zweibrücken, Blieskastel and the municipality of Zweibrücken-Land wanted to offer an annual cultural highlight in the European cultural region.
The aim of the festival was and still is to create a high-quality cultural programme that brings together the people of this region and beyond. At the same time, the festival has also established itself as a magnet for visitors in the Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland and Lorraine regions.
With renowned, nationally and internationally successful and well-known artists, ensembles and orchestras, the festival today stands for high musical quality, artistic standards, but also for musical diversity, cross-genre musical styles and unusual concert formats.
Originally focussing mainly on classical music, the festival has moved away from this over the years and now offers concerts in many different styles: Rock, pop, swing, jazz, world music, organ concerts, crossover, modern a cappella music - and, of course, classical concerts.
