Ruffles with Curl

Mesh Cut:

Bottom- Cut Red Ruffles 15in, Cut Red Curls 8in

Top- Cut Red Ruffles 15in, Cut Red Curls 8in

For Bottom you will need 8 Red Ruffles cut at 15in and 8 Red Curls cut at 8in

For Top you will need 6 Red Ruffles cut at 15in and 6 Red Curls cut at 8in

Ribbons Cut -12in
