Tapa Marinade Recipe | How to make Pork Tapa | Best with fried rice and sunny side up egg (Silog).

Hello!

This Tapa marinade was best for Pork or Beef. Marinate it over night for best taste.
My family and friends loves it!

*I use the Mama Sita's brand for Mushroom oyster sauce,
it's a Filipino brand. If you can't find one, you can use the Oyster sauce with the
same brand. It's good too.
*You can add more Chilli flakes to make more spicy or if you don't like spicy just remove the Chili flakes in the ingredients.
