I made two trips to the paint store to find the perfect shade of green to complement this beautiful woodland mural—Vintage Grove by Rebel Walls. I originally wanted a dark, moody green, but in our windowless powder room, every swatch looked black!

Friendly reminder to always test your paint colors in the actual lighting of the space you're painting. It makes all the difference because lighting totally changes the way colors read. After the second trip, I think I found the one: Vintage Vogue by Benjamin Moore.
