Tips:
1. Replace cotton in-place of pompoms if needed
2. Use any existing or remaining wax from your candle holders or old candles.
3. All things can be found from dollar store cheap and easy
4. Wicks can be handmade easily from thread strips dipped and dried in wax.
5. Decorative beads are optional.
