Cappadocia in 2 Days – A Journey Through Sky, Stone & Silence 🎈🌄

Only two days in this magical land, and it gave us memories that feel like dreams.

🌅 Day 1: Sunrise Flight & Valley Wanders
We started with the iconic hot air balloon ride at dawn – floating above fairy chimneys and golden valleys as the sky lit up. It’s not just a view, it’s a feeling.

Back on the ground, we explored the Lavanta Ortahisar Panorama – a peaceful spot with soft lavender fields and sweeping views.

From there:
🪨 Devrent Valley – the valley of imagination, where the rocks take on animal shapes and strange silhouettes.
🐦 Pigeon Valley – where ancient dovecotes are carved into the cliffs, and the walk is as peaceful as it is scenic.

We wrapped the day at Uçhisar Castle, soaking in views from the highest point in Cappadocia, and ended with a mesmerizing Dervish ceremony – spiritual, quiet, unforgettable.

⛰️ Day 2: Caves, Love & Legends

We began with the beautiful Göreme Open-Air Museum, home to ancient cave churches and frescoes carved deep into the rock.

Next stop: Love Valley, with its surreal, sculptural formations and soft trails that lead you through a landscape like no other.

Then came Avanos, a riverside town full of artisan spirit – we watched pottery being made, wandered cobbled streets, and took a break by the water.

Final stop: Three Beauties Fairy Chimneys – the iconic trio of rock formations, standing like silent guardians of Cappadocia’s ancient beauty. The perfect farewell.

Cappadocia, you’re magic.
And two days were just enough to know I’ll be back. 💛
