Old 1930's Turret Lathe runs again

Decided it was time to clean out the carport and get to the old lathe again, it runs okay on the VFD but I am pricing a 415V 3 phase install by the power company (63A per phase :D ) that way I can run full power 415V VFD's on the machines, not just little single phase ones.
