Info on IVPack 'fix'
1. Since I edited the file myself I don't think I need the developers' permission. Still, if there's a problem just hit me up and we'll resolve it
2. This isn't a perfect fix but it works
3. Includes some DLC vehicles(tool that I used added them for some reason). Please tell me if something futuristic or crazy has slipped through so I can remove it.
4. Only includes the vehicles that the mod's developers intended to spawn in traffic

Took only a few clicks, pretty much everything is automatic. In case anyone else wants to give this a shot.
