AMAZING QUICK CHILI | Margot Brown

DELICIOUS! If you need a new recipe for chili, look no further, This is one of my favorite things to eat as the weather cools off. We are getting some cool weather in Texas so I am ready to eat my chili! I hope you enjoy, it's quick and easy to make...full of delicious flavor. Let me know if you make it and what you think!

Ingredients:
1lb ground beef
1/2 white/yellow onion
3 garlic cloves
3 heaping tablespoons green chilis
cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, pepper
5-6 dashes tabasco
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1-1/2 c beer (or beef broth)
* this makes about 3-4 servings
