How far can you go on transportation in NYC with $2.75
Just a fast short to post showing how my family and I took a trip from the middle of Queens (Jackson Heights) to Staten Island (Old Town) for $2.75 each, each direction!
How?
-7 train from 82nd Street
-In system MTA free transfer Grand Central to 4/5 to Bowling Green
-Take FREE S.I. Ferry
-Swipe Metrocard on to S.I. Railway (free within 2 hours)
20 MTA stations. One 25 minute ferry ride. 5 stops on Staten Island Railway.
