Abel Tesfaye AKA The Weeknd releases My Dear Melancholy - a heartfelt moody body of work storytelling Abel's recent experiences falling in love, losing love and everything in between. MDM seem's to be a hybrid between the old and new Weeknd. We get passionate vocally strong delivery while a moody dark tone makes up the skeleton of the instrumentals with an added high tempo pop infused element that is reminiscent of the more contemporary Weeknd. Upon first listen, this is a great EP, with time...it could become one of The Weeknd' strongest projects after his Trilogy era. (This video was sponsored by Selena Gomez and Bella Hadid).
