New Smyrna Outfitters 24 Snook Tournament 2025

After a year of traveling the globe and competing professionally in high-stakes billfish tournaments, I'm back home for a tournament I can't miss: the New Smyrna Outfitters Annual 24-Hour Snook Tournament.

But this year, my mindset is different. Instead of going for the win, we're taking a carefree approach. With our gheenoe, we're heading to the backcountry—an area more known for redfish than big snook—to get away from the aggressive competition. My goal? To simply catch some fish, have a blast, and if we're lucky, hook a snook along the way.
